Just finished a conversion that went really well. original hoses were used along with 1 Dayco hose. slight mercruiser bracket mod due to a plastic timing cover and 1 mounting bolt .and power steering bracket mod.
But if your a Volvo looking for a better pump , I`ve done it. Went thru 3 Volvo pumps, with 2 rebuilds, starts leaking after a while. Went to a different manufacturer for a crank mounted pump and that went in about a year. 2 Wellcraft Coastals I service have the oem pump bodies for 28 years , nothing leaking so I decided to fab up a setup using the Bravo engine mounted pump.
