Sounds like you had a less than positive experience, Jim. That's unfortunate :-(

We were lucky, as our time with the CC staff was actually better than I had expected! We had done lots of prep ahead of time to make sure everything was in order for the scrutinizing that we were expecting.

Perhaps it's because it was 10:00 at night and we did everything at the border crossing (as opposed to on the boat, down at Sarnia Bay Marina). Believe it or not, our fee was actually LESS than we had anticipated! And the feared sphincter contractions were non existent ;-)
