very proud - my first fix !

after 4 weeks ownership, and lots of help from the members here, i have completed my first fix.

the water pump didnt work. with members advice and pump manufacturers help, i drained the water tank, disassembled the pressure switch assembly, cleaned and reseated the rubber pressure membrane, tested switch (found to be intermittent) then applied wd40 to all electrical contacts and reassembled. tested briefly dry, then filled water tank and guess what? it works perfectly. slight adjustment to sensitivity screw and all is well.

i have a windlass that goes down but not up and
i have a port engine that appears to have a battery problem.
thanks to some excellent input earlier, i can check the battery scenario tomorrow morning. and thats not so far away as its 23:11 here right now.
