Does anybody have information regarding Vectorled? I have not had a reply to emails for months? Supposed to have a dash for my boat in October... still do not have it.

Thanks

thanks, I will try that. I sent it to the website address and replies to his previous emails which is the email you posted.

thanks Mike. I guessing I am out the $400 from paypal. I live in Everett. Still hope to look at a dash for the trip to desolation

I am at 35,000 feet on a flight to Seattle.

Isn’t technology grand?

This January I was emailing with my brother. He emailed me back within a couple of minutes asking if I was at work.

I said no, I’m on a Disney cruise ship in the Bahamas checking my emails as the ship clears customs so we can go on our tour.

I then asked if he was at work and he replied no, he was in Atlanta on a jet that was being held on the ground due to a weather delay in Chicago.

Amazing times we live in.

‘Course it would be even more amazing if they could pre-clear customs and control the weather at airports.

Ok, so is Vectorled still in business or not? I was thinking of getting new dashes made for the summer.

Still in business? Yes.

More to the story? Yes. I talked to the owner last night and he was open and honest about the issues he is facing. The issues include long lead times for the Sea Ray specific dash material where in the past the vendor did not have long lead times combined with a tightened money supply that has the business in a cash flow crunch. The tight cash flow prevents the company from simply carrying more inventory to negate the longer raw material lead time issue.

Will this business stay in business? I don’t know. I wish him only the best.

I hope Jim M (this site owner) updates the contact information for this business at CSR. I see ads and the contact information is incorrect in the ads.

I had a similar issue with Vector. Paid in full in early October and here we are in almost January and I have yet to see the draft of my dash. Emails were spotty, and for a while, nada. I spoke to him directly last week, he apologized and outlined some difficulties he was working through. Bottom line, my project wasn't particularly time critical (unless you count Christmas as a genuine target date for gifts to yourself) I gave him some more time to finish before pulling the plug and believe he will complete the project.

Scott called me today to let me know that my panels are being shipped out today.
Long story - short. He was out for a couple of weeks, couldn't do anything. Personal deal.
He is pluggin' away. I support him and would have him do more panels if I needed them.

Don't forget to take before and after pics and postem up!

Scott took weeks to get mine done and then I got the wrong panel...but, give him plenty of lead time because the panels are worth it and I truly believe he is doing the best he can under his personal circumstances. Order it now and know you'll have an amazing product before spring.
