Vacuflush cleaning for season

Hey guys. I only got my latest boat in September so in Decmeber I emptied out the holding tank and its been empty since. What should I now do to get the vacuflush all ready for use in this season? Any idea on what to use to put down her etc ?

The manual says to flush with 5 gallons. That is all I have ever done and it works well. Get some spare parts, seals and soft parts are what I have. Was going to get spare pump but the size and style have changed so not a good fit.
