Vac Pac?

Hi I was wondering if anyone knows what Sea Ray's "Vac Pac" is? It's listed under the Hull and Deck Features of the Specifications page for my '99 190CC. I've also found it listed on a bunch of other models. I tried doing a search both on the Forum and Google but it didn't come back with anything.

Sounds like an optional vacuum feature? Have you found the manuals for your specific boat? Most have illustrations including many of the standard/optional features on the boat.

It's a way of forming the hull under vacuum. This eliminates air bubbles in the fiberglass resin and results in a stronger hull. It's a good thing, but you won't be able to see any indication of it.
