Anyone watch the ABC premier?

I loved the poke at universal health care... show must have been written by republicans and the liberals are here to eat people.
 
Yep, I caught that one too.

Wasn't there an old TV show called V?? I was thinking I had seen it before. Not the same show, but the same theme???
 
Yeah, back in the late 70's/early 80's. They had a rerun of it on the Sci Fi channel this weekend.

I enjoyed it, the show has promise.

Who knows, maybe it will have the side benefit of becoming an object lesson to the sheeple on indoctrination and how the media manipulates the truth.

Bingo, I thought I had seen it before. Funny I did not watch SciFi this weekend, for some reason. I normally try to catch the stargate show, but not really impressed with the new one.
 
No I missed it, forgot that it was on. Watching election returns, so far the R's are ahead of the D's in my area.
 
This show might be cool.....will be a buzz kill though when those foxy chicks turn into friggin lizards.:wow:
 
I tried to tell my wife that saying that head alien woman was hot didn't really count as checking her out... since she's really a lizard... sorta like saying my Golden Retriever is good looking...

I'm on the couch tonight.

That sounds like some of my BS that I lay on mine that usually works out badly...I try to keep it to myself but....well...you know.:huh:
 
I got a dirty look from the Admiral because I told her that Obama was one of those alien lizards.

That woman has no sense of humor at all...
 
We are hooked on V. Anna even looks like a girlie version of O with the short hair and designer clothes. Can't believe it's on ABC and got past the censors.
 
I totally forgot about it. I'll have to watch it online. I really enjoyed the original - I'm curious to see how it compares.

I too caught the "Universal Heathcare" line but I think the "Visitors" version will cut medicare costs by eating old people because they prefer aged meat!:smt043

No, that is their version of "Health Care Rationing."

Once one gets old under the proposed new plan, you might as well go to the liquor store and stock up, and then stay in an alcoholic stupor. No doctor will be able to prescribe any expensive drug, due to your age, so it is Tylenol or stupor?:huh:

Just a chill-laxin', ice cold prune juice with a touch of Ex-Lax and some nice porcelain to sit on. :thumbsup:
