USCG Documentation Center--search by name

I used to have a link to the USCG Documentation Center were you could search for the owner of a vessel by entering the vessel's name. That link no longer works.

Does anyone have a link that works?

The link I had been using is also dead. Probably the same one you had. Could just be "extended" maintenance. It is a gov't website so of course they can pretty much take it down to do maintenance whenever they want and for as long as they want.
