Thinking of doing a day trip on the Upper TN River this Sunday. Anybody going to be in the area? I'm thinking of Hiwassee River to TN river, through the Lock to Watts Bar Lake maybe stop at Sand Island.

I will likely be on the water, but not that far south. If I do go out, it'll likely be on Fort Loudon.
I thought of Fort Loudon. Taking my Dad for a short trip and I thought he would like to see where the Hiwassee joins the TN. The Hiawassee river start up here in the Mountains of North GA.
