Up and down play on Alpha 1

I was doing a little early spring inspection on the 190 last weekend, and realized that I have a little up and down play on my Alpha 1 drive. I'm not sure if it was there before.The movement appears to be happening due to a little play in the trim ram pins, both front and rear. I found the replacement parts here:

However, before I go ahead and replace the pins and bushings, is a little play okay??? How much is TOO much?

The little bit of play you are feeling is more likely the gimbal ring where it pivots on the gimbal housing.

If it is the trim cylinders, I would only replace the bushings, the shafts should be fine.
