Hello guys,
I finally got my boat back after suffering of an hydrolock on the port side engine a couple years ago.
I have been boating mostly in fresh water for 6 Years without flushing the engines.
My manifolds failed along with my bank account.
Long story short, I got her back and we are in salt water now.
I know the life span of my manifolds, risers, etc. is about 3 years in salt water even if I flush the engines.
My question to you is: to flush the engines, do I hook up the shore fresh water hose to the blue cap hose of my 350's mag? Please see pictures below.
I know this has been discussed many times on this forum and I apologize for asking again but I just want to make sure before I am about to run water in the engine.
thank you.
