The blue background should not have been behind the text. It should only have been in the border. You must be using a crappy browser that doesn't interpret standard html/css properly.

Holt was a physicist and holds a Ph.D. from NYU in physics. But after a dozen years in congress hanging out with the far left boys and girls, only God know how much he remembers vs. how much he likes grandstanding.
 
Frank you are correct, when I opened the page with firefox the blue was boardered and the page was white. I guess I need to do a up date. Thanks. :grin:

Still does not work in the latest version of IE?? I can't read it either. You would think he would code it so all major browser to work with it.
 
IE has so many rendering bugs and divergences from standard that a lot of web designers are just saying bye bye to Microsoft. Why should thousands of people spend nearly double to develop a site because one stupid, stuborn company doesn't want to play nicely with the established standards committee? (W3C)
 
Firefox works well. I only use IE when I need to do updates to MS products...
