I'm buying a 07 44Sedan Bridge . Need true LOA with factory installed hydraulic platform specs say 45.2 and I know that's not accurate. Need it for my Club etc.
That spec is commonly noted as "with standard swim platform" and with no pulpit, makes sense. You might have to measure to conclude how much length is added by the hydraulic platform.
It looks like the specs, for both '07 and '08, say 45'5". I don't see a hyd platform mentioned as an option, but whether or not it was a factory option doesn't really play into the question. Your best bet is to simply measure it. Or, you can take the 45'5" and just add your measurement for the hyd platform. You don't need the measurement right now - you can wait till you get the boat to measure it. Then YOU measure it to make sure it's correct.
Is the measurement being used to calculate fees or if you will fit in a slip. If for fees, it's 45.2' If for bragging rights its 50'!!
The length with hydraulic swim platform is 49.5 feet if your marina is asking for LOA they may want the measurement from furthest point forward which is the anchor and at that point it is approx 50.4
