Trouble alarm

On my way back to my marina after a 20 mile run I encountered a trouble alarm on starboard engine. All gauges read normal I shut it down and got back to the marina, there are no visible signs of anything wrong on the engine and now a week later from a cold start the trouble alarm stays on constantly... Are there any "usual suspects" that I need to start looking at to identify what is causing the trouble alarm

Water pressure or oil level?

I assume you have V-drives...

oil pressure did not flucuate remained 45 same as port engine... engine temp did not move either remained at 160

the issue was transmission temp sending unit

How did you get it diagnosed? Computer hook-up?
