Trim Tabs

I recently purchased a 1997 33 Sundancer and have been reading on line that the boat is under trim tabbed. With the tabs being 9 by 22 inches they even look a little small. I'm from Mass. and just removed the srink wrap. Before I put the boat in the water I will update the trim tabs if need be. I purchased the boat in New York and haven't even driven the boat yet. Any help will be greatly appreciated. Thanks Mike

Not sure about the tabs, but you bought the boat without a sea-trial?

Wellcome and congrats for new to you boat.
Search the user name "dpmulvey" for the enlarged trim tabs or pm to him, as he has the same boat of your's.
He is the master of enlarged trim tabs altough helped me alot.

I did an easier upgrade, although not as much surface space a dpmulvey, I purchased the 12 deep inch tabs only from bennett and added the drop fin.
It now does much better on cruise at a lower rpm , very inexpensive to do and bolt on, cost me around $200 total to do and a bout 1.5 hours of time
