Trim Tab Question

I'm stumped! I need to replace my trim tab planes/hinges/mounting plates due to electrolysis damage. Actuators and control switch are fine. But I cannot for the life of me find the 16 x 12 plates that match what I took off. Judging from the documentation I received with the boat, it is Bennett equipment, but I can't find anything exactly like it on any Bennett site. Anybody have any ideas about where to find this item?

Jehdog and I got in touch last night and determined that those Tabs are custom made for SeaRay 16 x 12 parallelograms and we are looking the part numbers up for the replacements.
