trim tab anode?

does anyone know what size allen wrench i need for the trim tab anode (the one above the prop) and do you put lock tight on the bolt ??

I bought a MerCruiser service manual on Ebay. It says that the wrench is a 3/8 inch allen wrench and should be torqued to 30 lb ft and does not mention lock tight.

All I can say is torque it down good. I just replaced mine, and when I got back to shore, two of the three bolts came loose. If you use lock tight, use the blue, not the red. Red is for permanant and the blue can be broken loose, just takes a little effort, but it won't come loose...
