trim indicator gage / fuel gage malfunction

my trim gage isn't working... and my fuel gage seems to be stuck!!!! has anyone changed these? where are they located? is it easy to change them out? i have a 2003 280 sea ray sundancer.

where are the sensors located? is it easy to find them?
