Trim gauges disagree

I have 2 trim gauges. 1 analog gauge and one digital in my smartcraft gauge. The two gauges are not providing the same reading. I know the digital smartcraft gauge is accurate and the analog is all over the place. Do these 2 gauges read off the same sender?? That would help me determine what needs replacing

my boat is a 2004 220 select with a 5.0 and bravo 3

The 'analog' one is redundant. The Smartcraft guage tells the analog what to show. In fact, all of your analog gauges are simply copies of the Smartcraft.

Ok so its got to be the gauge itself then correct?? Thanks as always
