Hello!
We don't do a lot of lake boating or swimming from our boat but during opening day earlier this month we were enjoying some ceviche and margaritas with a fellow yacht club member and after a couple of margaritas I decided to hop back over to our boat, carrying the open container of ceviche. Needless to say it splashed on our swim platform and needed to be rinsed off. I went to turn on the transom shower and nothing - no water came out at all. My husband and I then realized that we'd never actually used the shower since we got our boat last year.
I traced the water lines back to the water distribution panel on the water heater and found no obvious obstructions or closed valves. I called Sea Ray and asked about it and they recommended pulling out the box where the shower is installed to look at the T-junction to see if anything is blocked there.
Has anyone had this issue with their transom showers? Any other troubleshooting ideas?
Thanks,
Sandy
