Transom bonding plate lugs

2007 Sundancer 40 and I’m looking to replace the thru-hull lugs and all hardware for the transom zinc.

The nuts I took off look to be stainless, but the lug bolts themselves almost look like they are bronze.

Anyone know for sure?
