You'll probably want to check your manual as not all marine transmissions will be the same. I believe mine are dex III ATF...

454 may be your engine but it's not your transmission... Sea Ray used a few different suppliers, with that being said when I owned my previous boat with 454's the transmissions oil used was ATF.

You likely have ZF 63's. You should have a blue stamped plate on it that tells model and gear ratio. Regardless, most of these use ATF and as Stee6043 pointed out. I use Mobile Delvac 1 ATF as its one of the few I can find that meets the ZF's spec (the list is full of older / foreign brands). However, Dextron III is acceptable as well.
When draining and refilling, might want to add EZ -Oil valve and a short section of hose so the next change is much easier/messless, and also pay attention to the way these trans fluid level is checked. Its a little different, but laid out in the manual.
