not sure if this has been said but freshwater vs saltwater should be a consideration. the searay trailers are just powder coated steel. I just bought a loadrite aluminum I beam tandem trailer and I love it. My boat lives on the trailer though and I drive to different lakes when I want to use it so I need a good solid trailer.

There are options - a customer can choose painted or galvanized when it's originally ordered.
