Have a ez loader roller right now and thinking of converting it to a bunk trailer. Anyone have some thoughts on this? Mainly have deep ramps where i am an i don't care for the roller trailers.

Pretty easy to do - many options... vertical bunks/flat bunks... carpet/plastic slides... fixed angle/hinged... two bunks/four bunks. Which, by the way, two properly sized and placed bunks are plenty adequate for your boat. Four certainly can't hurt, but not really necessary.
IMHO, the only time a roller trailer is warranted is if you are regularly launching into shallow water.
The only other benefit of a roller - and it's a small one since the problem is easily solved - is that it allows repainting of the hull more easily.
