Trailer bunk repair needed. Your thoughts?

You might do well to ask the marina if they have any used winch stands laying around that would work for you. We have a pile of stuff like that in one corner of our yard from doing various repairs. Most just ends up going to the metal scraper as it's not worth our time to get into reselling these things. You can likely pick up a whole stand pretty cheap. It might be rusty, but just check that the metal is still solid - you can sand it down and repaint it sometime.
