I have a chance to straight trade my '07 280 DA for a very nice '87 410 A/C (Gas). My 280 has 760 hrs, and is worth appx 70k....Any thoughts? I'm not sure if i'd regret it!

That's a totally different animal...
I doubt both boats are worth 70k. Even if they were both worth the same money, most likely yours is more sellable.

The 410 aft is a big beast that does not handle well, is pretty high off of the water (you are used to the walk-off Sundancer), will SUCK the fuel but has a ton of room. Does it happen to be in Willow Berm?

It is at Willowberm.....My rationalle was that my 280 will continue to loose value for the next x amount of years, where the 410 has pretty-much stabilized, and if maintained would tend to be a better long-term deal than the 280 (especially with the hours i have put on it). i could be wrong.
