Towing sundeck 240

I have a Grand Cherokee with the 3.0 eco-diesel. It has a tow rating on 7200# (4x4). Anyone towing a 240 sundeck with one? If so, what are your experiences? Only going to tow maybe once a season (about 300 miles).

What year is the 240?... They varied in size/weight over the years. In general a diesel Cherokee would be a great tow vehicle.

It will be a 2005. I think the dry weight is 4650#?
