However, you have an accident, oops. You broke the law and breached the conditions for insurance. No coverage for you and you will likely suffer in court, especially if your negligence caused injury. The insurance company will not defend you. Is that clear enough, Mike?

I’m on my way back from starting in Treasure Coast of Florida driving my ole trusty 2000 Ford Expedition 4x4 tow rig w 245,xxx miles up to northern Wisconsin and towing a 1981 SRV 195 back.

This truck is awesome. The boat lists on SR at 2900lbs plus this trailer I would guess a total of 3700-4000lbs.

Nowhere near max of 8000lbs but I wouldn’t go far towing close to max w any vehicle.

Will post pics in morning. I’m in Indy now.

Remember what started this thread? Comments about towing capacity? I gather from your constant barrage of disparaging darts that you don't like us. You seem to have the capacity (pun intended) to twist pretty much every thread you jump into into how evil we Americans are. If we're so hopeless as a nation, why do you waste your time? Do you imagine that you can change us into something that better suits your fancy? Or, is it as simple as wanting to self-righteously point out our shortcomings in the hopes of convincing yourself of your own superiority?

We've had a number of instances in our recent past of some deranged madmen intentionally driving their vehicles through crowds of people, killing many and injuring even more. I don't remember anybody speaking out about the evils of cars, how to limit the top speed of cars, having a mandatory waiting period before purchasing, blah-blah-blah; you get the idea. If you were legitimately concerned for our well-being, you'd be pushing for stricter car laws.

Looking back through your other posts, it would appear that a large percentage are not boat-related in any way. No, I won't be blocking you, as that would seem to only add to your self-righteous indignation. However, my opinion of you has now dropped to an all-time low. I know that will only add fuel to your fire, but I felt it was time for me to speak up. So, have at it.

Do you think in his wildest dreams it would have devolved into something like what it's become? What is the likelihood of him ever posting anything again? If that was the way my first post went, I'd be looking for a different forum.
