Tobay in water Boat show, worth going

Hi, I see that the Tobay Boat show is this weekend. Oct 1st to Oct 4th anyone going?
I see it cost $10 per person whats with that? I Give you $10 each to have you sell me somthing? Seems like it should be the other way around. John G

2. Half the reason af any "cover charge" is to keep homeless guys from comming in to get warm.

I've only been to one boat show. I think my discounted cost was $7. I walked away with $50 worth of merchandise, $100 worth of knoledge & we had a GREAT time. I don't know anything about Tobay, but if you put 30 boats & their reps in one place I'm sure I could gain $10 worth.

Yeah, but if you made it free for everyone to go to the boat show, who's going to pay the vendors for showing up? That'll be like giving free healthcare to everyone and expecting the doctors to pick up the tab..wait, nevermind, that would never happen.

No, Watch hill only once this year, Kismit (the inn! not the out) & Scooners / Flynns. ( we use the dingy to go in at scooners $125 is too much to dock at flynns) 5.pm flynn has a great free buffet. The wife likes to have a Band around while we party on :grin:
