Value my difference, if I want to say Merry Christmas or have Christmas related parties/displays this time of year, that's my difference! Happy Hanukah/Kwanzaa to you, if you're of those religions. Those of you that are atheists, turn the calendar over! Take it positive, not negative, celebrate the diversity of this country, don't tear it apart!

Not if this display is on any kind of government property.............

Let me ask you one question:

Why do many on this forum think all liberals are atheists and all conservatives are Christians?

I'm a Christian and a Liberal. I have many friends who are Christian and Liberal.
The most adamant atheists I know personally are ultra conservative. Oh, and the second most conservative person I know is a Muslim (from Iran too).

Because I read it on the internet.

There are only two sides in the argument: My side, and the Other side. If I am Christian Conservative, then everyone else must be poor-ignorant-arab-athiest-liberal-commie-muslims.

Hey packer, I'll still boat with you regardless. It will make conversation over a beer and brats a very interesting evening.

I just ask that before you set your head down at night that you thank God first and the U.S. Military second for protecting your rights to put your liberal views, as an American, on Club Sea Ray! I know places that would place both of us in jail or worst separate your head from your body for speaking, let alone writing our views and beliefs.:smt038

I always do.
My father (who taught me to be a liberal) was in the occupation forces in Germany and then went to Korea. My brother was an Airborne Ranger with the 82nd and then the 19th Special Forces Group. My uncle Jim (my dads older brother and the only guy I ever knew that was more liberal than me) who just passed away this year was in the 101st Airborne in WWII.
Our family is well acquainted with service to this country and we all deeply appreciate the sacrifice of those who serve our country.
I may not agree with the wars we are in now but my deepest gratitude goes to those who without question fight for our country. God bless every one of them.
