I've got some growth buildup on my Tabs and Outdrive. Is there any tips or tools to clean off while it's in the water other than the obvious of diving in and cleaning off by hand?

With your boat, I would pull it out every so often to get a good, easy clean up.

Brush and elbow grease is all you can do, unless you have access to a power washer and don't mind taking it out of the water to clean it.
