Time to replace Tachs

It is time t replace the tachs and Synchronizer on my 350. The gauges are different every-time out. This weekend at WOT both engines were at the same RPM (for a change) and the Synchronizer was pegged to Starboard. The factory gauges are no longer available. Does anyone have any suggestions?

I replaced all my original equipment gauges with these: http://www.teleflexmarine.com/products/instrumentation/instrumentation/heavy-duty/
They all came it the correct diameters so I didn't need to make any changes to the dashes.

Replaced mines with Aetna Engineering digitals ...and got rid of the synchronizer!
