Time for oil change

Hi Im getting ready to change the oil in my 250 weekender has a 5.7 merc in it can you tell me a good oil to use.and easy way to get it done.Thanks Rick

use the mercruiser oil, and I bought one of those oil vacuum pumps at west marine and suck the oil out of the dipstick, it works great
