This Would’ve sank the boat !

So as some know I found my slow drip leak. It was confirmed when I pull motor. One flange on y pipe was broke off. I figured while I’m here age of boat I’m going to replace transom seal coupler etc. This hole is a little larger then first seen as I wire wheeled it got larger. I’m guessing electrois?? The boat was in Fl. First 3 years then fresh water since . I’ve owend for last 9. I can’t believe never seen . I just changed shifter cable and gimbles routine maintain this spring. This must have been just above water line boat would sink I’m sure . Make sure to inspect with flashlight every chance you get! This didn’t happen over night but wow!
