I ran across this Sea Ray today at the scrap yard up in Stuart. Anybody recognize the boat or what happened? I hope no one was seriously injured.

Are those yards owned by insurance or salvage companies? Seems those boats would parted out pretty quickly if they are just abandoned.

This is at the Sea Tow yard up in Stuart. I don’t know what they do with them but if anybody sees anything they want, Google the number and call them.

That is what I figured. Just the anchor is worth a lot. I have seem some videos of “boat graveyards” in Florida with partially submerged vessels collected in inland areas.

Sea tow likely has a salvage claim against it and is waiting for the ins payout - this kind of shit happens way more than you know in south florida

Ouch that's difficult to look at, looks like a direct T impact from another boat maybe

This is WAY over my pay grade but I read an article lately that SeaTow makes salvage claims, not just towing, and tries to claim the total value of the boat as payment for a tow. Hey, I just saying what I read.
