Thinking of Moving up

I am looking at and considering a purchase of a 2002- 410 EC with 6C TA 8.3 Cummins 430hp. Can anyone share some performance and handling traits; pros and cons etc.

You'll be pleasantly surprised by the performance of that boat. It jumps up on plane and cruises 4-5knots faster than the same boat with gassers. I think you'll find the handling characteristics very similar to your current 340. I'm not sure about other geographic regions, but around here the EC's seem to be commanding anywhere from 10%-20% less than comparable Sundancers. Personally, I like the ride quality and the handing of the EC better than the Sundancer, but I think the layout is perceived as less appealing. So if prices are similar down there, then you can get a heck of a nice boat for the price.

If you like the EC layout, the ride with the straight drives will be better than the DA

I am sure it has plenty of information on that model from the people that own the 410s. I have had my 400EC for about 1 1/2 years and love it.
