Has anyone ever added a back up camera to an aft cabin boat. I am thinking about a two or three camera set up. Any advice would be greatly appreciated

Thanks
Steve

I have one but frankly don't find myself using it very often and I don't find it indespensible for docking. One reason is that, for me, adding the plotter CRT (where my camera vido shows) to the visual scan during docking is too distracting given all the other places I need to look. If you do get one, recommend you place it (or them) where you can easily reach and adjust the orientation of the lens, that's a problem in my set-up.

That makes sense. I am buying a 420 ac and have a bit of a tight fit to back into. My slip is 15'6" wide by 42' long. I could put my 340 in like butter. The boat I am looking at also has a bow thruster that should help a bit on a windy day. I was thinking of a 3 camera system.

Thanks
Steve
