The Remodel 96' 400 SEDAN BRIDGE

Fantastic!
Was these questions asked...
1. what is your experience in doing work like this?
2. What did you use to reface?
Fantastic!

Ron,

This was my first boat remodel......Had no experience just kinda threw my self into it!!

HUGE JOB but was a lot of fun. Really makes the winters go by fast!!

I would have to go back and look at the name and color I used, but if you are interested let me know and I will look it up...

Todd:
I pictured you a carpenter or cabinet-maker or reupholsterer. No need to go crazy for the exact color. Was just wondering if you used vitrecor or similar laminate or some product that is typically used in home cabinet refacing.

Formica is what we used to reface the white Cabnets....

Actually I'm a Detail Manager by trade....Work mostly for the local Car Dealers.

We also do detailing for the local Marina's in the Area..

I have built a couple of houses, which has given me some insight...

Fantastic work, makes me ponder my next move... damn you!

+1!

Wow,
You better be careful people will start lining up wanting to hire you out to do there boat.
Looks GREAT.

The flooring and wood pannels above it look very nice. What material did you use for the floor and darker wood pannels above it and how did you attach them to your boat. IE nail, glue...? How did you bend the darker pannels?
Chairs look nice and so does the sofa. Where did you find them?

beautiful job. would love to know the nitty gritty.

I used Maple Flooring, ( Real Wood) That I glued and pined nail it down...

I used a thinned based Formica so I could bend it around the corners..(Also used a heat gun on the corners to Aid with the bending) I sanded the old White cabinets with 80 grit sand paper and used contact Cement to attach the Fornica....

The Flex steel Chairs and Sofa recliner I got from Glastop out of Flordia....http://marinefurniturebyglastop
