Has anyone read this book? I just got it and I've only read the forward but just the forward is enough to make you just shake your head at how it's possible that this guy is still allowed to be in change of ANYTHING.

He may have a doctorate but he's no practicing physician. He's been a bureaucrat longer than Jihad Joe Biden. To be a bureaucrat that long, you'd have to play dirty. He's a lifer with the Feds.
