The new boat has arrived!

The SR dealer here where I bought mine from this year said that the depth transducers are notorious for blanking in and out. AAMOF, they set the Smartcraft alarms to zero on the boats before delivery (this way there is no alarm, even at zero feet, but there is still indication). I will be cruising along and have continuous indications at normal depth (usu. > 50') and then it will flash a 0' and alarm and then go right back to normal readings. Anyone else have these problems? I don't mean to hi-jack, I just wanted to add another data point.

The wife and I went to visit family in NJ Jun 07 and I had a few Yuengling Lagers. Absolutely great! Never had it before. We need to have them here in Texas.

I had similar issues upon delivery, on a sat., MM "captain" turned in work order and they came to dry storage marina and fixed it. They have taken care of any other issues in the same manner. You should expect the same quality of service (you might have trouble getting them to come to Crestview :grin. Enjoy the boat. BTW Do you do most of your boating up in Crestview area or around Niceville area?

Nice boat! I did not even think you folks in Florida knew what a “Yuengling” was? I am up here 20 miles from the plant. So hey no worries on the tac and depth finder, my new 230 has a problem with the speedometer both digital and analog. I was excited to get time in so my dealer will get to it when I bring it in. Good Luck!

In addition to the breweries in Pottsville, PA, Dick Yuengling has another brewery in Florida. His primary distribution market is on the East Coast.

Fantastic! Boat looks great! I agree with the others. Make them fix it. You probably will have a few more bugs. Seem to come with new boats. We had a few with the 240SD when it was new. They took care of it without issue. I'm sure they'll do the same for you.
