Navigational Hazard. I wonder why the local authorities would let him put it in the water and let it float around.

Definite safety hazard luring other boaters to assist. Stupid.

Didn't get enough attention in his childhood.
Just plain stupid.

If I rolled up to assist this artist and was informed its OK, its "art".....wasting my time and fuel....I would make it into a reef in about two seconds flat (three if I had to reload).

I like that idea too, you could assert that you were simply creating more "Art".

I'd call it "Fish Art" since it would only be visible underwater at that point!

The "artist" needs a swat in the nose with a rolled up newspaper.
Both stupid and funny but yeah... a navagational hazard.

Hmmmm.......pretty slow around here today!

In looking through this so called artist's works of "Art", I came across Restore Hope. I guess I am just not sophisticated enough to get it. To me, it looks like a huge mess, like someone took a box of wire and dumped on the floor.

All of this has me thinking. What if I went to the Capitol Building and took a huge dump on the Nancy Pelosi's desk. It's okay, as long as it's "art". Any other fellow "Artists" care to join me in this venture?

I guess that beats putting it in your holding tank, huh, Scott?

Looking at the last part of the video it appears it has a prop of some sort and can be piloted. If that's the case, I think it's pretty cool.

This is a creative guy - in the area where I boat - the Pirate ship is a 1977 - 40' Carver. I don't know what the Shark boat was.

Yeah, I actually agree, it is pretty impressive - i just think it's really funny, and I can't imagine I would even get all that upset if I pulled up alongside...

The pictures of it moored in the marina are pretty cool too.
