shouldu the DC charger be hard wired to a switch when the boat is using shorepower or connected via a 110volt plug in the bilge. During a raft out a gentleman told me I should not have the 110 volt plug in my bilge because it is a safety issue. I think this is how the boat is designed and that it was not an aftermarket install. Any advice would be most welcome. Thanks
