The 2022 springtime Shine Thread

Spend time on THT. Those guys spend insane money to catch a fish. One guy removed the head for fish equipment storage on new $252k boat. Guest hang their ass off a platform and better bring their own TP. Serious.

Hey …. I didn’t say you had to give up the past…. completely. Keeps people confused
My dinghy has Ohio regs, boat Michigan, boat usually has a Canada flag on bow and my cars have Indiana plates…. My new marina last year in Ohio …a dock neighbor stops as I am washing the boat and rambles off that list and says what’s going on here…. Some kind of witness protection mess and keeps on walking
Note the port, messes up everyone. Had a lady amazed I drove 25’ from Bahamas.

Smoove is definitely growing on me...even though I have my doubts that I'll ever do this myself again. I had some weird results with their wax but the Pro-Cut and Bubble Gum are really nice to work with.

I'm darn near done with winter 21/22 storage season. Gotta get this thing launched.

I definitely see varying results with the non-slip deck surface. Some owners do it, others don't. Same with detailers.

Was it recently painted? That's an exceptionally deep blue shine.

What products do you use?

This is all original Boat, New to me less than a year ago. I’d like to take the credit for it but I’ve gotta be honest I got lazy and called the detailer,
“ Michigan boat “ they did do an awesome job.
Now if I can only get my bilge to look like blueone bilge I’d be happy !

Thanks for the info.

If it's not too much trouble, please ask him what products he uses. Drinks and boat ride on me if you're in the Dallas area.

I was going to switch up this season and move to the smoove products but decide to stay with the same I’ve been using the last few years. Presta polish, meguiars mirror glaze, 2 coats of collinite. 8 hours and the port side is done. Beer, aspirin, sleep and start again tomorrow.
