Hello all. I would like to express my sincere thanks to all the members that have helped me by sharing their knowledge, which has been enormous in helping me make an informed decision on our recent purchase.
Because of your patience in answering my questions and unending information , I offered the following on a 1992 290 Sundancer, subject to conditions, which was accepted;
1) Bow window rubber to be re-bedded.
2) Driver’s seat tear repaired.
3) Domes to be installed in deck carpets.
4) Headliner in cabin to be steam cleaned to remove mold as best as possible.
5) Transom bench seat mounts to be repaired.
6) Carpets to be steam cleaned.
7) 100% Warranty Engine and Outdrive until July 1st, 2012.
8) Includes existing 2007 Marine Survey.
9) Boat to have new bottom paint done prior to possession.
10) Missing pins for convertible to be installed.
11) Port Side Railing to be addressed and re-mounted.
12) Vendor to transfer vessel license from current owner to the new owner of the above listed and detailed vessel.
13) An acceptable hull/mechanical survey
14) Pressure test of the drive unit (Bravo II)
15) A sea trial to inspect all mechanical components
