"teaking" the cockpit and swim step

I am considering adding faux teak flooring to my boat and was looking at the Flexiteek product. I like the product but my installer recently spoke with another installer who had two installations with adhesive problems, and factory support was very poor - I hear the installer had to eat the cost of the installs.

Any knowledge out there about this product or similar products that have worked well, look great, and would be recommended?

Check out PlasTeak too. I don't have experience with their faux teak, but did have a flawless transaction.
