I am restoring my boat that I picked up last year its a 1987 Sea Ray cuddy cabin 230
Engines
350 Chevy Mercury out drive
ust installed new teak on my 87 SR and sanded what I could re-use. I cleaned and oiled it (3 coats of oil). After it has been on for about 30 days it has lost its texture. Is their a product out there that I can put over the oiled teak that the sun and water will not harm the teak and give it its texture back. It was a lot work and time installing and I would sure like to show it off. Thanks for your replys in advance.

I'm very happy with the product I put on my transom tables offered here.
It's Penofin and is a Rosewood oil. Get the Marine(redish brown) labeled product.

Sikkens Cetol Marine. It is a teak finish. Doesn't go over oiled teak but provides a relatively durable finish for natural teak. The standard finish comes in a couple different hues and provides a satin finish. For a glassy looking surface, there is a gloss overcoat to be used as the final application. Teak requires some level of maintenance regardless of what product is used.

Well I have oiled the teak about 4 weeks ago would you recommend sanding it lightly before applying Sikkens on it. Have you tried putting Sikkens on an oiled piece of teak?
