Systems Monitor flashing / turning off

I was out with the boat today and for the first time noticed that the systems monitor was cutting in and out visually. Then when I hit the ignitions or the generator start button the audible alarm that sounds off was also going in and out.

Any ideas where to start checking or has anyone had this happen recently?

I tried to search, but only really came up with how to update the system (which is awesome) but I’m not ready to tackle that just yet.

Tons of stuff on here about connections at both the module and the display itself.
Check/inspect, clean (even if they look good), and treat all, with special attention to grounds.
