I'm looking to switch out my group 27 batteries and replacing them with 8D batteries. Does anyone know how many I will need to replace 6 group 27 's? They will be installed in a 94 500 express. Thanks in advance.

2 8Ds should replace 6 group 27s, but confirm with which ever brand you're using to match or increase your amp hours capacity.
