Hi,
I'm going to add a davit system to my 2000 310 DA this season. Does anyone out there know the depth of my swim platform?
I'm trying to decide between the hurley davits and a more traditional flip-up set of davits.
I have a 8 1/2' inflatable with a 6-hp four-stroke. I've just been laying the engine in the cockpit, and strapping the dinghy against the transom and tying it down, but it's a PITA and not very secure.
Also, I have a slip I have to back into and exit via the rear of the boat; there are no finger slips to use.
Thank in advance for help, opinions, words of encouragement...
