I had a buyer's broker when I purchased our boat that was listed by a private seller. One of the best things I did! Well worth the money to have peace of mind to make sure everything was going the way it should.

On and regarding canvas up here in the north. I just got a new cockpit canvas for my 480DB. It included an extension of 3 feet. It also has the screens or windows depending on what the weather is like. That cost just over 5 boat bucks and included the extension bar.View attachment 62890

I have a friend that has your model, I sent him the photo. That is very nice, still clean when you get back to the boat.

Thank you! I have some good friends and starting last year (due to a house move during the winter), they started to do the annual clean and waxing. They will be doing it again this winter, should be complete and wrapped in plastic by the 2nd week of January. I was still getting compliments in September so I figure I should have them do it again!

Update on this thread....
All agreed upon work has complete and the closing was done today. Thank you everyone for the advice, especially both brokers who didn’t skip a beat. The process could not have been any more smooth. I’ll be posting on the 48 DA board some questions but look forward to input from all who chime in.
